What We Offer

4 week, 8 week, and 12 week training, nutrition and recovery programs created specifically for you.

Each program incorporates physical training, an individualised nutrition plan made for your body and the fuel it needs, and recovery strategies that compliment your training and nutrition.

You might have heard the saying ‘you can’t out-train a bad diet’, and that’s why included in all programs is a unique nutrition plan created specifically for you. It’s essential you are putting the right ingredients in, to get the best final product out. Nutrition should be seen as fuel your body for what it needs to do that day, and therefore your food intake needs to be differentiated from a training day to a non-training day.

Each program includes:

  • Program overview outlining how to use and utilise all components
  • Session description:
    Exercise type, exercise description, number of reps, number of sets, intensity of exercise, weight to lift, duration of rest, sport specific units of measurement
  • Nutrition plan with guide to meal and snack options, as well as timing of foods in relation to your training
  • Recovery strategies based around the movements programmed to enhance your training and adaptation

All programs are monitored weekly and require your feedback to optimise progress and results.

Accountability is a two-way street which is unique to each person. From a training perspective, to monitor your progress, you will need to fill out the short form in the ‘MyTrainingLog’ tab once you have completed each session. In terms of nutrition accountability, we use MyFitnessPal to monitor your eating habits and to track how you are committing to your plan.
