FAQ

How will MyTrainTrax keep me accountable if everything is online?
Accountability is a two-way street. That means in order for us to help keep you accountable, you need to be responsible for providing us with the information we need to help keep you on track. We use two different tools for accountability – MyFitnessPal for nutrition, and our training log located on the webpage. Both of these need to be utilised by you on a consistent basis (frequency will depend on your individual program).

I don’t know which program is right for me. How do I decide?
Any of our training programs are right for you. The reason we offer 4, 8 and 12 week programs is because we know that not everyone is prepared to commit to a longer duration program from the start.
Some like to dip their toes in to test the waters first before deciding on what to do next – to these people, a 4 week program is recommended.
Our 8 week program is aimed at those people who are in the middle. They know they can commit to something for more than 4 weeks, but also unsure if 12 weeks is a bit too much.
For those who are serious about their training and nutrition, the best results will come from longer term program, as seen with all our athletes who begin with a 12 week program. This allows us to spend more time preparing the athlete so that they can perform at the best.
The question you need to ask yourself is “what’s stopping me from being ‘all-in’?”

What happens after I finish my initial program?
Improvements in strength, power, lean muscle mass and fat loss do not happen overnight (as much as we would all like them to!). By continuing your training on a longer term program, you will really start to see the benefits of following a methodically structured training program. We do not offer back-to-back 4 week programs as we know that the most meaningful results occur when there is a longer term plan in process, that is building towards an increase in performance.
